Ticket sales through My Fast Ferry JustRide app will cease

My Fast Ferry will stop selling tickets through the My Fast Ferry JustRide app from Sunday 28^th November 2021.

Tickets that have been purchased prior to the 28^th of November can still be used until their expiry date 6 months after their purchase date. Unused tickets expiring after 28^th November 2021 will only be refunded or reissued in extenuating circumstances.

Discounted fares continue to be available through our new Smartcard which was introduced in February 2021.

The My Fast Ferry Smartcard also offers a range of additional benefits such as Auto Top-Ups, card management through our mobile app or online portal and discounted bar prices.
